Witness the birth of the Dragonkin.

EXCERPT:

Tania’s knees buckled but she stood her ground even as his voice began to caress her in forbidden places of delight, “Are you the moon?”
He grinned and showed his perfectly white teeth which promised he would rip her to shreds if given the chance, “I am the moon dragon.  The moon has watched you and so have I.  My eyes are the moon.”
Tania pursed her mouth and tried to step further away but her feet wouldn’t obey, “Why were you watching me?”
“Why wouldn’t I, Princess?”  His body slithered as he spoke in an attempt to free himself from the restraints but the reverberations on the chains merely responded that he was locked tightly.  He would not find freedom under his own accord.
“What do you want with me?” she asked timidly.  She knew the answer and she desperately yearned to oblige.
“Why do you stand outside these bars?  Come closer.”
Tania clenched her jaw.  Her feet would still not acquiesce to her demands.  Terror is a harsh mistress and it does not allow one complete conviction over their actions.  Her gaze returned to the silver, glowing eyes of the moon dragon as her heart ground her ribs into a fine powder.  She thought that her chest would burst wide open if she couldn’t quiet her pounding heart but how could she remain calm with a man hungrily eying her like she was the most savory morsel he would ever taste?
Tania whimpered.  She yearned to close the distance because the thrall demanded it.  She yearned to learn the carnal knowledge of wicked temptations that left a woman screaming in sheer ecstasy.  She knew he would satisfy her curiosity.  And she also knew he would devour her whole if given the chance.  He was a dragon.  He was a beast.  He was a monster.
“Come to me, Princess,” the dragon commanded.  His voice was soothing as a dangerous undertone of warning snarled in her direction.  What would she sacrifice for just a touch from him?  Why couldn’t she run away?  Was there ever a moment when the fawn yearned to know death?
Her body moved of its own accord.  It stalked steadily toward the metal bars that kept her safe from the prowling predator.  Her slender fingers snaked around the poles as she pressed her thin face in between the bars.  “I would know your name, dragon.”
“There is power in a name and I would not give you such control.”  The man smiled softly, hiding the wickedness that gleamed in his eyes.
“If I knew your name, I could command you?”
“Of course.”  A sparkle glinted in his silver eyes as if he knew exactly what he was doing.  He had said the right words to draw her in.  Like an expert con, he had set the wheels of fate in motion.
A naughty little thought thrummed in her mind.  Perhaps she could taste the forbidden and remain safe at the same time.  He would have to agree, however, but with his restraints keeping him caged, Tania was sure he would meet her demands, “Then let us strike a deal, dragon.  Tell me your name and I will release you after I have sated my curiosity.”
The creature once again flashed a brilliant smile in her direction that would inspire envy amongst the stars, “What do you wish to know, Princess?”
“You.  I would know all of you.”  A part of her conscious felt like a sick little tart eager to spread her legs as the other part screamed for morality.  But in the darkness, could the Gods see her transgression and did she care?  No, she did not care.  She wanted to know this dragon.  She wanted to feel his shaft take root deep within her soul as bliss washed over her like cooing mountain rain.

5 Stars! Fun, entertaining, and cannot wait for the next one!  Different spin on shifters, especially dragon shifters.  I do recommend this book! -- Book Reviewer, Amazon.com

I hope the rest of the series turns out to be just as interesting as the introduction because I like what I've read so far.  The story's premise is interesting and I look forward to seeing what happens next. -- 4everbooklove, Amazon.com

HEART OF THE DRAGON, BOOK 2
THE DRAGON'S DEN

The dragons will stop at nothing to claim her...

Aristo worships the ground Tania walks but he is not the only one.  Stephan, the Sun Dragon yearns to have her as his own.  The only thing stopping him is his brother, Aristo.  Stephan does not wish to upset his brother, but he cannot deny his attraction for Tania.  Neither can the other dragons, Patryck the Water Dragon and Narcil.

Narcil hides his temptation well but Patryck, the youngest dragon, cannot control his carnal cravings.  The dragons desire Tania because she is the one woman who can carry on their legacy and she is the one woman who can inspire a love unlike any other.

The war with the dragons is far from over and Tania's father, King Polas, will stop at nothing to see them all destroyed.  He believes the dragons have kidnapped his daughter and "no one touches what belongs to him".  His hatred of dragons had always been palpable, but with the loss of his daughter, the hatred has become something of an entity.  He has enlisted his son, Brynt, to fetch his daughter and slaughter the last remaining dragons.

Excerpt:

Stephan kissed the top of her head, “I was worried.  You weren’t breathing…” He continued to pelt her head with kisses until his lips finally found hers.  He didn’t stop for air.  He kissed her as if his very life depended on it.  She did not return the kiss.  Instead, her mouth was frozen in shock.

“Kiss me,” he whispered as he continued to lick her lips, “Please kiss me.” Begging was not his strong suit but he would do anything for just one embrace.  His large hands held her head firmly in place.  He gazed into her eyes, “Kiss me, Tania.  Tell me you want me.  Tell me you need me.  Tell me you’ll be mine.”

Still, she did not reply.

The magic that made her a Dragon Mother commanded him to love her.  He could not deny her appeal.  He had to have her.

Stephan practically growled a response, “I need you.  I’m in agony without you.  Please, Tania, please just this once…”

He continued to gaze into her eyes, pleading for love that he thought he would never have.  Tania was his one chance to be a pleased man…to be loved.  She was the Dragon Mother and so she would always have his heart.  Why couldn’t she see that?  Why wasn’t she answering him?

His heart cried out for her each time he laid eyes on her.   His soul screamed for her touch, begged for her to be the mother of his children.  She was everything he needed.

“Tania,” he brushed the strands of her dark brown hair from her face, “Please kiss me.  Give me a sign, at least, that one day you will look upon me the way you gaze upon Aristo.  Tell me I have a chance to be happy.  Tell me I have a chance to have a family once again.”

PRAISE FOR THE DRAGON'S DEN

5 STARS:  I enjoyed the first book (The Dragon's Desire) in this series and have been patiently waiting for this one.  And now I gotta be patient again and wait for book 3.  So, to say I have enjoyed this so far would be an understatement.  In this book, Tania is finding her own voice.  Slowly, but surely, she is.  What she did at the end, I had to give an audible "WOO-HOO".  I love her relationship with Aristo and can't wait to see what happens as her as the Dragon Mother, with the others...  I don't think I'd have a problem 'mothering' all those dragons!  This is a great series! -- Elizabeth, Amazon.com

THE DRAGON'S DALLY, BOOK 3

Tania has just burned down her father's dungeon and now she's on the run with two wild dragons who could care less for rules.  Patryck, the Water Dragon, and Thomas, the Night Dragon, go head to head in a bid for Tania's love.  As the Dragon Mother, Tania must choose who to mate with.  Although her lover remains Aristo, the Moon Dragon, she can't but wonder what the other dragons could do for her.  Will she betray Aristo and find passion in the arms of the new dragons or will she restrain herself and stay faithful to Aristo?

Excerpt:

She shivered again.  She nearly screamed her next statement, “Thomas, make haste to the Den.  Bring Stephan.  Bring all the dragons.  We need help.”  She would not stand another moment without her dragons in this place, “Fly fast.”

Thomas looked shocked, like a lemur that had just swallowed a lemon, “I will not, Dragon Mother.  Patryck is not…” he paused and narrowed his eyes at his fellow dragon, “He is not in control of his faculties.  He will attack you.”

Tania shook her head, “No, he will not,” she gazed at Patryck who was wearing a completely blank face, “On his honor, he will respect my wishes and he will keep his distance.  I have faith that he will not harm me.”  Did she?  The words sounded like lies to her.  If only Patryck and Thomas would leave her alone then none of this would have to happen.  They were right, she was not safe in the forest with prisoners and the beasts.  One of them had to leave and she chose Thomas because she did not know him.  It was better to keep company with the known devil than the unknown dragon.  Wasn’t it?

Thomas continued to look appalled, “Please, Thomas,” she begged, “The thought of werewolves has my heart racing.  I’m scared.  I want Stephan.”  She slightly paused on her last words but she knew Stephan would safeguard her.  He would always protect her.  Besides, he would know more of Aristo’s situation.

Her heart sank.  She missed her mate.  She missed her dragon.  She missed Aristo.

HEART OF THE DRAGON, BOOK 4
THE DRAGON'S DISTRUST

The time for birth and for war has begun...

Aristo has finally escaped his captors and has found his love once again.  But all is not as it seems.  The Princess is carrying another dragon's child.  Enraged and betrayed, Aristo has to find it in his heart to forgive.

Tania has never hated herself more than she does now.  Betraying Aristo's trust had cost her terribly and the fight is not yet over.  Her father will have his words marked and he will slay a dragon she loves.

Stephan is on a mission to rid the world of Polas.  He fully intends to ally himself with the most detested creatures in the realm, Werewolves.  The wolves have no control over their bestial nature and no one knows what the war will cause them to do.

In the fourth installment of the HEART OF THE DRAGON series, we follow our characters into a dark and forbidding place.  How can they ever see the light again?

Excerpt:

“Do your worst,” she gasped.  She had repeated Aristo’s words that she had never heard before.  The magic connection between them was strong.  It was as if Tania had heard every word, felt every sensation that Aristo had dealt with.  From the very beginning, Tania and Aristo had shared something special.  She knew no Dragon Mother magic would ever sever their bond.

“Mmm, I shall do that and more…” his voice was raspy and breathy.  Aristo dug his knees into her hips to open her legs.  She didn’t need the coaxing.  Just the feel of Aristo on top of her once more sent her into a lust-filled fog.  She didn’t know which way was up or down nor did she care.  There was nothing else better than Aristo’s touch, dominance, and love.

His soft, puffy lips found her ear lobe.  He nibbled gently at first, and then tugged on her ear, sucking it inside his warm mouth.  Tania hissed as the heat from his mouth mingled with the cool water.  Chills erupted along her arms and chest but it was more than just cold that had her shivering.

Aristo had a way with his tongue.  It darted to and fro and slid along her shoulder blades, circling around her muscles.  She tried to turn around in order to face him, gaze into those dark, ebon eyes, but he would have none of it.  He kept her face down, her arms and legs splayed to either side.  This was his game.  He was the Master here.  He was her Lord and she was his willing conquest.

His teeth dragged along her spine while his hands held her wrists steady.  She was not allowed to move.
He groaned the more he kissed her, “I have missed you,” he whispered.  His lips quivered on her spine and Tania felt the hesitation.  There was much more he wished to tell her, something more intimate that mere pillow-talk but the moment quickly passed and once again the heat from his mouth ignited her fire.

“Oh, how I missed your taste…” he sniffed her skin, “your smell…”
Aristo’s tongue circled lower until he paused on the mounds of her buttocks.  Tania whimpered. She could feel his stare boring straight through her like a strike of lightning tearing apart a withered towering tree, “My beautiful lover…you are but gorgeous.” He moaned as his gaze wound over her nude form.
